Here are some of the submenus in this Select Menu:

1.All
Used to select all photos (or layers) that are in the works.
2.Diselect
Used to remove from "The marching ant" around the photo section you selected.
3.Reselect
Used to pick something that is not selected anymore, and then realize that you still need it again.
4.Inverse
Used to choose the opposite of what you choose.
5.All Layers
Used to select all layers that allow you to select each layer and work with them as a whole.
6.Deselect Layers
Used to remove all the layers you are working on.
7.Find Layers
Used to find the layer we are working on.
8.Color Range
Used to take color samples for selection
9.Refine Mask
Used to select hair selection with excellent results and detail.
10.Modify
Used to change the instructions of the mask.
11.Grow
Used to expand the selection area.
12.Similar
Used to select layers of the same type.
13.Transform Selection
Used to resize, and also rotate the selected object.
