For those of you who have jobs in the world of graphic design, it is very important for you to know the difference between Vector and Bitmap. Working in the world of graphic design require you to understand the image formats. Where you can choose the quality of the picture to suit your needs. Knowing the difference between Vector and Bitmap is the goal for you to print good and quality images, not damaged or blur. You can choose Vector or Bitmap images as needed after knowing the difference between them.

Vector itself is a digital image, based on mathematical equations. Vector images have good quality, when zoomed or scaled down the image does not break. This is because the Vector is an image formed from a combination of dots and lines that form an object. While Bitmap is a representation of a graphical image, it consists of dots that are arranged and stored in computer memory. The value of each point of the Bitmap image is preceded by 1 bit of data if the image is black and white, and more if the image is colored.
