Understanding CorelDraw is a graphic design computer program that is widely known and used by professional graphic designers. This program was created by Corel, a software company based in Ottawa, Canada. CorelDraw Version History From Beginning to Now
CorelDRAW Version 1.0 (1988)
CorelDRAW Version 1.0 runs under Windows 3.0 and 3.1 CorelDRAW is converted into a serious illustration that can use fonts. This software installation uses only 2 3.5-inch diskettes. This software is enough to make invitation cards, business cards, logos, and letterhead. In this version, there was often a revamp to take 5 updates in the period January 1, 1989 to February 2, 1990.

As of version 4.0, CorelDRAW is equipped with multi-pages. Its capabilities are enhanced as desktop publishing software such as Page Maker. It's just that in this version must be paid with the use of higher computer resources.
CorelDRAW Version 5.0 (1994)

CorelDRAW Version 9.0 has additional features including:

New features in CorelDRAW version 11.0 are: Collection of symbols that can be directly taken, Image Cutter (For Web Design), Pressure-Sensitive, vector brushes, 3 Curve-Dots (For Drawing).
CorelDRAW Version 12.0 (2003)
In CorelDRAW 12.0 added features commonly found in AutoCAD such as Dynamic Guideline and Snap to Object so images will be more precise and perfect. But the printing process in this version is very slow.
CorelDRAW Version X3 (2005)
New features of this version are:
- Shapping tool is cut by double clicking (the first vector software that can cut vector and bitmap groups at the same time)

CorelDRAW Version X4 (2008)
This version was made to overcome compatibility with Windows Vista. several sites were also added such as: Font identification services related to CorelDRAW, ConceptShare, Table tools, independent page layers, direct text formatting, supporting * .RAW camera files.
CorelDRAW Version X5 (2010)
This version is compatible with multi-core processors and Windows 7 Operating System.

In this version CorelDRAW comes with many changes compared to the previous version. between them, the Interface Design can be fully adapted by taking the Metro Design concept. Workspaces are more interactive, content & transparency tools that can be controlled as desired. The ease of choosing fonts with a more comfortable appearance, special effects on photo editing, more precise layout and drawing tools, support for high resolution and multi-display, there is a QR code generator and several improvements and improvements both in design and performance.
